I manage a busy mortgage team, who are always determined to make sure the job is done to the best of our ability. We pride ourselves on being approachable and efficient, and keeping clients updated is important to us.
Executive Assistant to Stephen Smith
Suzanne has worked in the Financial Services Industry for just over 20 years and prides herself on excellent customer service. Suzanne has an extensive knowledge of St. James’s place, the services we provide and the industry itself. Suzanne provides Lisa with all types of administrative support and expertise and is the point of contact between Lisa and all of her clients to ensure that all queries are dealt with efficiently.

I have worked in the financial service industry for just over 23 years in a customer service role speaking to clients and partners over the telephone, making appointments, diary management and dealing with general enquiries that clients have.

My role within the mortgage team is to oversee the solicitor process and support our clients throughout the final stages of their mortgage, making sure they are kept up to date every step of the way.
Client Servicing & Marketing Specialist
Jade joined us in January 2023 and is responsible for ensuring quality servicing for all our clients as well as organising client events and maintaining compliance and marketing materials for Smith Eliot. Jade plays a vital role in supporting the Partners and Administration Team within the practice to help ensure clients receive the level of service they expect from Smith Eliot.

Becky is our newest member of the Smith Eliot Team, joining us in June 2023. Becky has over 5 years experience in the Financial Services Industry and prides herself on excellent customer service, and administrative support for the whole team speaking with external providers and liaising between clients and advisors.
Emma joined our team in June 2022 and oversees all Paraplanning and administrative support for Sean Connolly and is the point of contact between Sean and his financial service clients. She works closely with Sean and the Paraplanning team to ensure Sean’s clients are provided with an efficient and effective service, in order to enable Sean to provide thorough and holistic advice. Emma speaks with external providers on a daily basis, writes reports and submits cases. She also liaises with Sean’s clients to ensure queries are delt with in a timely manner, and their cases are processed efficiently. Emma is working through her exams to become diploma qualified.

Natalie joined our team in 2022 and is another valuable member of our client servicing and administrative support team. As part of administrative support team works together with the paraplanners to ensure financial advisers have all information they need to give thorough, holistic financial advice. Natalie collates and analyses information from external providers and her organisation skills are an asset to our team. She is training to become a paraplanner and is looking to work through her exams and become diploma qualified.
Financial Services Team Leader
Caroline has been working at Smith Eliot since 2013 as a paraplanner and has a thorough knowledge and understanding of St. James’s Place, the services on offer and the everyday running of the company. She manages and oversees the financial services department, being a point of contact for both the financial advisers and the paraplanning team. Caroline deals with technical queries, report writing, and liaises with the Paraplanning Team Coordinator to deliver training and development. Caroline has a broad knowledge of the practice client bank and has built up strong professional relationships during her time with the company.
