Oakham Food Festival

The Mustard Seed Project

We sponsored the food festival on behalf of the Mustard Seed Project. We held a stall on the day with a variety of children’s activities such as Elephant Hoopla. As a result of this we were able to donate £2000 to this amazing charity.

The Mustard Seed Project was founded in 2008 by Rita and Geoff Fowler after they went on safari in Kenya and saw the poor state of the Mombasa School.

Since 2008 the couple have achieved amazing things, not only setting up a school with the later addition of a health clinic they have also provided the community with a clean water well, mosquito nets and much more!
